Terms and conditions

These terms apply to skip hire bookings made with Dengie Skips. Final booking details, hire period, permitted waste types and any access requirements are confirmed during booking or by direct contact.

Permits and placement

Skips placed on public roads, pavements or verges may require an Essex Highways permit. Dengie Skips can arrange permits where required, but permit timings depend on the local authority.

Waste restrictions

Customers must not place restricted items in skips, including asbestos, gas bottles, paints, liquids, batteries, electrical items or tyres unless agreed in writing before hire.

Loading

Skips must be level loaded. Overfilled skips may not be collected until made safe and may incur additional charges.
